Thanks to this creature the kids did some research about the hallucigenia - amazing! And this is a perfect interpretation as a stuffed animal .
A likeable plushy for fans of Steven Jay Gould's classic "Wonderful Life." It is well made and has a lot of personality. My only critique is that the spines are not very rigid, and the way that the plushy is shipped (inside a plastic bag) makes them lie flat against the creature's body. It takes some effort and patience to get them spiky again.

First off - offering a Hallucigenia is so amazing I just don't have words - such a cool and obscure subject for a PLUSH! My only criticism is it really doesn't like to stand on its own so much so balancing it is tricky, but other wise it's adorable!

So far, I have purchased a total of six critters from Gage Beasley. They are all MAGNIFICENT! The level of detail and the quality of construction exceed expectations by PARSECS! Really! They're totally awesome, Dude! I have a penchant for those animals that make you wonder, "What was evolution trying to do here?" Check out the Hallucigenia, the "Tully Monster, and the Diplocaulus. These are not a product of Stan Lee's imagination; they really lived. Would WE look "strange" to them? I'm hoping for a Thylacine and a Cassowary some day.
