❃ Även känd som valhuvudstorken eller valnäbben, är skonäbbstorken ett av de mest fascinerande djuren du har sett gå runt på sociala medier. Vi är nu glada över att välkomna den till vårt verklighetstrogna leksakssortiment!
❃ Det är en stor fågel som kan bli upp till fyra fot lång. Den har en lång hals och långa ben och näbben är lång och böjd. Skonäbbstorken finns i Afrika och den livnär sig på fiskar, groddjur och reptiler.
❃ Vuxna är gråa och vita, med ett svart band på framkanten av sina vingar. Ungar är brunare och saknar vingband. Skonäbben kan bli över 150 cm hög, med ett vingspann på upp till 2,8 m. Det är den enda medlemmen av släktet Balaeniceps.

I love it! My Balaeniceps rex is completely adorable. The fur/feathers are really soft, and the legs and neck are flexible. The little one traveled from far to meet his new home with me and my beloved, who said it is his favorite bird. We're going to give it a lot of cuddles and hugs to this pal. Quality is not the best, found a hole in the plushie and the fur is a bit loose. This is not a high quality product but acceptable.

I had been checking out the unique plush critters on this site for awhile. I always like to actually feel the plush animals I collect but took a chance buying on line. And I was not disappointed. The shoebill stork is very realistic looking and surprisingly nice and soft. I was very pleased and would definitely purchase another unique animal from here. He is now perched where he surveys all the other critters around him.
