Its long, streamlined body, powerful tail, paddle-like limbs, and enormous jaws made it a formidable predator, while rows of sharp, conical teeth were perfectly suited for gripping slippery prey. Despite its fish-like silhouette, Mosasaurus was not a dinosaur but a giant marine lizard related to modern monitor lizards and snakes.

Some mosasaurs also had a second set of teeth on the roof of the mouth that helped grip and move struggling prey toward the throat.

Fossils have been discovered on several continents, revealing how widely these giant predators were distributed. They disappeared alongside the non-avian dinosaurs at the end of the Cretaceous — leaving behind enormous jaws and scattered bones as reminders of an age when giant lizards ruled the prehistoric seas.

2. Give it a good fluff — gently knead the body and work the limbs, wings, ears, or tail to redistribute the filling.
3. Let it breathe. Most plush regain their full shape within 1–3 days, while larger or denser designs can take up to a week.
4. Smooth any flattened or creased fur with your fingers or a soft brush as it fluffs back up.
5. Want to speed things up? Use a hairdryer on low, warm heat, held about 20cm away. Keep it moving and use short bursts between fluffs. Never use high heat.
